  • ＊Online registration is available until September 15, 2013.
       To register for the Congress after September 15, 2013, you need to register in
       person at the Congress registration desk at EXCO from October 12 to 17, 2013.
  • ＊To register for the Congress, you need to sign up first and log in. Koreans are
        asked to conduct their sign-up and registration on the Korean-language web
        pages.
  • * Please read the Online Registration Guidelines carefully before using the
       registration system.

Additional delegates from the Congress sponsors wishing to participate in the Congress (excluding Sponsor Complimentary)
Family, entourage, or colleague of any paying delegates
Authors of the selected papers
Young professionals or students between 25 and 32 years old in the energy-related field who take part in the Future Energy Leaders Program
Students up to the master level as of the Congress period. The student status should be verifiable with proof.
Members of the National WEC Member Committees
WEC members wishing to take part in the Executive Assembly only
Invited speakers and chairs
VIP(Ministers, WEC high-level officers, etc.)
Secretaries or interpreters of VIPs
Staff members of exhibiting companies
Visitors wishing to take part in the exhibition only
Journalists authorized by the Organizing Committee

※ Please note that Member Committees with outstanding arrears – or unpaid subscriptions for
    2012 - will NOT be eligible for the discount. You need to contact your member committee if
    you don't know the WEC membership code.
    The membership-code should be submitted at the time of registration to qualify for the
    discount.

※ Please note that students must send a copy of their student card (or a certificate from their
    educational institution) to wec_regi@ezpmp.co.kr in order to complete their registration.

To participate in the Developing Countries Program of WEC Daegu 2013, applicants should determine if they meet the criteria before filling out the application form. For detailed information, please visit at http://daegu2013.kr/eng/program/program_develop.jsp

Below is a list of developing countries which have been defined by WEC and the WEC Daegu 2013 Organizing Committee. Any applicant who is from countries listed below and wants to participate in the Developing Countries Program should submit the application form to the WEC Daegu 2013 Organizing Committee by May 31, 2013(e-mail to: sangyoon79@daegu2013.kr or fax at: +82-2-3489-4499). Selected applicants will be directly invited by the OC to the Congress.

Afghanistan, Albania, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Bolivia, Botswana, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Cameroon, Chad, Congo(DR), Côte d’Ivoire, East Timor, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Jordan, Kenya, Kiribati, Laos, Lebanon, Macedonia, Mongolia, Morocco, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Samoa, Senegal, Serbia, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Swaziland, Syria, Tanzania, Tunisia, Tuvalu, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Yemen and Zimbabwe
